Description

Not Just a Meal… It’s Pure Indulgence! Tarb is the “pampered child” of Egyptian BBQ, and the favorite dish of true gourmets. At Dayman Ready, we serve Tarb by the book: a perfect balance between pure meat and the richness of lamb caul fat.

Why is Dayman Ready’s Tarb the Tastiest?

  • Baladi Lamb Caul Fat: We use a very thin layer of fresh Lamb Caul Fat (Mandeel). This layer acts as a “protective shield” for the Kofta during grilling, locking in the juices and preventing dryness.

  • Instant Melting: As soon as you heat the Tarb, the outer fat layer melts and infuses into the meat, creating an explosion of rich, savory flavors that literally melt in your mouth.

  • Subtle Seasoning: Since the “Lamb” flavor is strong and distinct, we use a very simple seasoning of salt, pepper, and nutmeg, allowing the quality of the meat and fat to speak for themselves.

  • Professional Grilling: Tarb requires special grilling skills to turn golden and crispy on the outside without burning. This is exactly what our experts do before freezing it for you.

Foodie Tip: Tarb is irresistible when eaten with hot Baladi bread dipped in its melting drippings, alongside Baladi pickles and Baba Ganoush.

Storage & Preparation Instructions:

  • Storage: Keep frozen in the freezer at -18°C.

  • Shelf Life: Valid for 3 months from the production date printed on the package.

  • Preparation: Very Important: Tarb must be heated thoroughly so the fat melts and becomes delicious.

    1. Preferably heat in the Oven (slightly uncovered to crisp up) for 10-15 minutes.

    2. Or in the Microwave for 3 minutes.
