How to Heat Frozen Grills to Taste Fresh "Off the Charcoal"?
Worried about dry meat when heating? Don't worry! Dayman Ready shares professional chef secrets to heat frozen grills while keeping them juicy and retaining that authentic charcoal flavor in minutes.
So, you bought your "Dayman Ready" pack and are wondering how to serve it just like a restaurant? The secret is all in the heating method!
Since our products are already fully charcoal-grilled and flash-frozen, they don't need cooking—they just need a gentle "refresh." Here are the top 3 methods recommended by our experts at Zad:
Method 1: The Oven (Best Flavor & Texture)
This is the ultimate way to keep the meat juicy.
Preheat your oven to medium heat (180°C).
Arrange the Kofta or Chicken on a tray.
Chef's Secret: Cover the tray tightly with aluminum foil. This traps the steam and prevents the meat from drying out.
Leave it for just 10-15 minutes.
Method 2: The Microwave (The Fastest)
In a rush and need a quick lunch?
Place the grilled pieces on a microwave-safe plate.
Set the timer for 2 to 4 minutes only (depending on quantity).
Do not overheat, or the Kofta might become rubbery.
Method 3: Air Fryer (For Crispy Lovers)
Great if you like your chicken skin a bit crispy:
Set the Air Fryer to 160°C (low heat).
Place the items for 5-7 minutes.
This is perfect for Chicken and Hawawshi, but be careful with Kofta not to dry it out.
Golden Tip: Take the "Dayman Ready" bag out of the freezer 15 minutes before heating to let it reach room temperature slightly. The result will amaze you!
